    Just what I needed.
    I dropped my old HP Windows 10 one too many times -- broken hinge meant it could not be repaired. I also own a Windows 11 laptop but do not care for some of the features of that operating system, thus purchase of another Windows 10 machine. Techs transferred my most of my files from the old hard drive to the new, and I'm happy.
