disappointed
upon opening the package, the bottle was unscrewed and all of the product was sloshing around. i had no choice but to discard the entire bag. disappointed at the inconvenience caused by something so simple.

probably the best vanilla lip balm i’ve had
I was so impressed by the smell, subtle taste, and feeling of this lip balm. everything is accurate. i’m always looking for good vanilla balms but every one that i’ve tried doesn’t meet my expectations. however, this one did. the formula feels great. i bought another flavor from your shop. thank you so much!! :))
