Great World War 2 Film
3 of 3 found this helpful D-Day was definitely the greatest battle fought by the greatest generation. This movie shows Operation Overlord from all sides engaged in the battle - German, British, Canadian, French, French resistance, Polish, and American. The complexity of this operation included military deception, aerial bombardment, airborne, glider, naval gunfire, and amphibious assault forces. It is a "must see" movie for war movie enthusiasts.
