Perfect for us!
3 of 3 found this helpful When shopping for an alarm system I knew it needed to be wireless, work off wifi, self monitoring and not require me to pay a monthly fee. That's why nest is perfect for us. Everyone takes a big gulp at the large price tag. (I won't lie I did too) however in the long run you will save the money you would spend on monthly fees for other alarm systems. In total my alarm system retails for 1,338.80 however I took my time arming every window and door in my house with detects and used promo codes wisely, so for 14 detects, and the starter pack my total cost was only 825.93. I opted to get the cellular back up for 50 dollars for the entire year. So there is a way to make it more cost efficient. I love my nest alarm system and I sleep better at night having it. I will continue to add other best products to my home.
