Good buy for the money
I have a similar Hoover model that I purchased about 10 years ago. The quality of that unit is much better than this one. It feels truly like a throw away. It was a good price so I won't be out to much. It works well at this point and I am satisfied.

For the money it is alright. But just not that good.
1 of 1 found this helpful The unit appears to be fairly well constructed. However the lid will not stay on. It requires holding it to insure it does not come off during operation. So I can't use the spout feature. I bought mainly to do smoothies. I try to plan ahead and place frozen fruit in a container in the fridge to thaw. Even at that point it will not chop it up completely. Lots of chunks. I should have spent a little more and gotten better one.

Love Rockwell tools
Love this saw. Its great for smaller cutting jobs that a standard circular saw is overkill. I 've using it all over our house as we are updating our home through out. Its solid, well made and powerful.
