1 of 2 found this helpful The shampoo bowl was a task for plumber and he charged me $200 to install which was more than I paid for, they did not send the headrest pillow! The box was opened when it was delivered. But as far as shampoo bowl and chair, it gets the job done. My only complaint is that the sprayer catches clients hair and it has a crack on the side of the bowl.
