Piece of junk!
8 of 8 found this helpful I tried to find out everywhere before I purchased this amp if it was 200 WPC or !00 WPC at 8 ohms and nobody knew. I sent mine right back after I measured on my wattage meter that it was barely pushing 20 watts at total output and distorting. It got loud, but distorted. Also, there's no cooling fans (as stated on the description and box) because it not producing any power. The only thing inside the box was a transformer. Clearly aimed at deceiving newbies and not audiophiles who clearly know that power (200 WPC) is going to cost more than $70. And, yes the LEDs are insanely too bright which through off the auto focus on my camera causing the blur. The watt meter runs from 0 to 200 peak and the wattage is showing around 20 WPC at ohms.

Outstanding design and why did they stop making them?
One of the great designs by Silvertone/ Samick. I had one ten years ago and sold it, but after time, realized that these models were awesome and wanted another. Based on EVH Wolfgang style, really versatile and great playing guitar. Better than most newer designs by other guitar makers. These Fastbacks have decent sustain and punch due to the pickups (quite good) being directly mounted in the body. All maple neck and photo quilted top. Two volume, one tone control, and 3-way switching gives you lots of tones. Non-locking trem will cause tuning problems if you use it - I upgraded to a graphite nut and locking tuners which works great. If you find one of these guitars in good condition, grab it!
