Big disappointment
9 of 13 found this helpful The water tank is difficult to fill. Also it doesn't dock like the other robot vacuum cleaners. You have to take the battery out every time you use it and manually recharge it, then insert it and place the robot where you want it to clean. What I didn't consider is that the pad is never rinsed. So it really is only good for mopping after you have dry mopped. The pad just pushes the dirt around. It also is very slow. I love my robot vacs, but this has a long way to go. Mine kept getting stuck in the middle of an empty hall and telling me to move it somewhere else. Much easier to mop by hand.

I bought another one after I bought the first one.
It is well organized and easy to retrieve needed bits without spilling them. I like have the extensions in the removable cylinder hinge. Everything is always neatly together.

Worth a look
It has a strap that goes over your shoulder that makes it much easier to balance. The segments plug into each other so you don't need an outside extension cord. Love Greenworks tools, Customer service is unreachable and if a product is defective they expect you to pay for shipping, last time a checked.
