Totally dissatisfied with A-Sure

Nice looking unit but nothing but problems hooking it up and response from A-Sure is next to no help. No installation instructions with the unit. Once you have it working the manual tells you how to use it, assuming you can get it working. Picking the proper CAN-bus on display to set it up is backwards. You need to know the CAN-bus type to find the make, year and model car to pick the proper Can-bus. Hello..I don't know CAN-bus type but have the car info. Other head unit set-ups start with car info to find right bus type. I have a factory amplifier and could not be told how to power it using my CAN-Bus, once I found the proper CAN-bus. Ended up figuring it out a work around myself and running dedicated wire to power amplifier to get sound. I bought an after-market back up camera and that doesn't work either. Again, no help from A-Sure. The final nail is after working for weeks on my own and trying to communicate with A-Sure, I see price has been lowered about 25%. Only buy from A-Sure if you like being an inventor or masochist. Sorry one star is as low as I can go.
