Lives up to an exceeds all the manufacturer's claims.
Hose doesn't kink, swivel works great and the retractable device works flawlessly. It sure eliminated a lot of work when trying to rewind a kinky hose, consequently I have found more room in my shop!

A Real Gem!!!
I purchased this 2 pack to use in my Ego battery 14" chain saw, which I use for trimming logs and cutting firewood. I also have a much larger gas chainsaw but like to use the lighter weight battery saw when possible. The 2.5 Ah standard battery would cut enough firewood to fill a little over half a load in my John Deere 635R Gator. I would cut up to 4" diameter hardwood, including Hickory. So I was looking for another battery enabling me to get a full load of wood and do other trimming without going to the heavier gas saw. That is when I stumbled onto this ad and after doing customary research on both product and seller I ordered it. The delivery was prompt and the communications were exemplary! The packaging was excellent. When I first opened the box I was surprised and somewhat concerned by the large size and weight of the battery in comparison to the original. However, I found it fit both saw and charger perfectly. The additional weight proved to be insignificant, no doubt a credit to the way the saw is designed. Now the real test: performance in action. WOW! Therre was a significant difference in power which I wasn't expecting. I can cut much larger diameter logs. The additional length of time, given it has almost fourfold the Ah was expected and I was not disappointed! Hands down, this is the battery I will be using. A real gem!
