You need to meet Merrily Watkins!
Phil Rickman's Merrily Watkins series is one of the most creative and entertaining mystery series out there! Walking a tightrope between detective work and the supernatural, these books are some of the most inventive I've ever read!

Awesome little pedal!!
3 of 3 found this helpful This little pedal is incredible! The Boss RC-2 is very easy to use, right out of the box. You can get started right away layering phrases and improvising. The technology employed makes operation easy, and syncs the rhythm tracks to the phrases that you play. This pedal can really inspire creativity, giving any musician the ability to come up with layer upon layer of parts. You just step on the pedal and it will recognize when you begin playing and will record what you play. Step on the pedal again to stop recording and the phrase you just played will play over and over, with a rhythm track. You can choose from many different rhythm patterns, or you can turn the level of the rhythm track off if you like. You can also tap the tempo into the pedal. If you don't like the phrase you just played, hold the pedal down and it will be erased. Continue to add phrases until you have a "track" that you like. The pedal has room to store 11 "tracks", if you will. I have only scratched the surface of what this amazing little piece of technology can do, and look forward to a lot of hours of enjoyment and creation. This pedal, more than any other piece of equipment I own, fosters creativity. Do yourself a favor and buy one soon!

Killer pedal!
This is just a great little pedal! It's layout is extremely simple, with only three knobs, but what's amazing are the myriad of sounds you can conjure up with that spartan set up! From twelve string simulation to super low bass sounds, you can do so much with this effect. It will have a place on my board for years to come!
