Good product.

I've just been on it for 2 weeks so...down 3.5 lbs. Directions say 2 caps per day , I'm only doing 1 per day to see how my system handles it. May go to 2 in a couple weeks. cut my cravings at night so I have a longer fasting period. If all goes well I'll be ordering more !
