Don’t handle it too much...
The outside casing was very thin walled and tears easily exposing the wires inside. Quit working after a couple uses.

Not really heavy duty as stated.
0 of 1 found this helpful Fastened to wall securely, but wobbly when pulled away from wall. Used this for a 40 something inch tv. Part of this bracket arm is bending from the weight. Won't stay up against the wall.
