  What happens with a package after I deliver it to post office is beyond my control. I updated tracking info on time and delivered to USPS, stayed in contact with buyer unprompted daily. Several days after shoes are delivered, he opens return saying shoes are soiled. I hand wash all of my items. And list stains/damage check my store. I ask "how can I make you whole?" "He says refund half price." not fair so I tell him return shoes. He doesnt. Dishonest! Will not do business with again.
