Great rebounder for any age even seniors like me ( using the handle..) ..

I am a 74 year old woman and was not sure i would be able to do rebounding . but decided to give it a try . Bought the jumpsport rebounder because of good reviews and it is the one most used by gyms.. It was very easy to assemble with an excellent tutorial on youtube .It is very well built ,very solid and is very quiet Could probably be used by those in apartments with neighbors below .. i purchased the handle too . And got myself on it At first I was just bouncing without jumping ,not even sure I could... but pretty soon my heels were lifting up .. I am enjoying it immensely. ..
