One of my favorite movies. Hearing the original soundtrack adds another dimension to my appreciation.

Buying Coins? Beware!
17 of 17 found this helpful The flying eagle cent is beautiful example of American coinage from the 19th century. Along with a remark that states the obvious, “the better the condition, the higher the value,” I relate this account to you.
I sought such a coin for my collection and learned a terrific lesson about the marketplace and those who would advantage themselves when they think they can.
A while back I purchased a flying eagle cent that looked so good, I thought I had hit the jackpot based on the amount I paid for it. I paid $360 for an 1857 FE penny. This coin, despite its sharp details, had been carefully cleaned and buffed (a process known in collector circles as "whizzing") to such an extent, that it fooled nearly all but an expert that it was in MS (mint state) condition. Had it been in the advertised condition, it would be worth between 400 and 500 dollars. Instead, it "rang up" at about $120 because the obverse and reverse surfaces had been altered. I returned the coin to the reputable online dealer and received a full refund. I later found and procured a suitable replacement.
Buyers beware! With the number of rare coins on the market today, you are sure to come across a few that seem too good to be true. Well, you should follow your instincts and cast doubt when any reason exists to do so. Don’t worry. Another coin like the one you’re looking for will soon be available for your evaluation and purchase. Good hunting!

Beautiful in every way.
3 of 3 found this helpful Wow! You have not seen The Wizard Of Oz until you see it in 4K on a true 4K television. This is the ultimate. The sound has been cleared up to nearly perfect and the picture pristine. This is a must-own for everybody's collection.
