Plastic Blender Jar for KitchenAid Blenders, KSB3 & KSB5 Models, KSBGGC 9704200P

Great but a little mysterious

I'm disappointed that KitchenAid no longer makes glass jars, but this fits my KSB5 blender perfectly, no leaks. The item came with no packaging or information, just wrapped in bubble wrap in a large envelope, so I'm not sure if it can be put in the dishwasher, also not sure of country of origin. But it works great, and was certainly cheaper than replacing my whole blender after I broke the glass jar.
