A high quality product
Kaneka ubiquinol, used in this product, is known for its high quality. MCT (medium chain triglyceride) among the expedient is also known to increase absorption. Higher price, but you get what you pay for, you get for your money. Very good product with a full range of 50mg, 100mg and 200mg which allows to accommodate all possible dosages in combination as well as the spreading of doses for those who wish it.Softgels usually do not contain magnesium stearate, a controversial ingredient that may disturbs the absorption contained in tablets or capsules.

Health and wellbeing
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been using this product since the very beginning of its existence. I never stopped. When I quit I don't feel as good as with it. I am on hemodialysis for 25 years and it was its inventor, Dr. Moretti himself, who recommended the dosage to me at a conference in Montreal (about 20 years ago). I take 3 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning.
As I got older I added 2 more tablets elsewhere during the day. This product helped maintain good albumin levels despite my severe hemodialysis diet without increasing urea levels (99% NNU).
At first the hemoglobin improved and we were able to decrease a medicine to increase red blood cells called EPREX.
