The parts are parts.
I have successfully stopped every time I wanted since replacing brakes and rotors all the way around. That is what I was hoping for

They roll well, and fit easily.
I've only done two rides. 30aprox miles total. The tires seem to roll great. They aren't as flexible as the Continental tires that I use, but at half the price, here's hoping I can get another 1000-2000 out of them. Almost 10000+ on the bike since 2013
