Not as expected

For a couple of days I thought this was great, however, now I'm extremely disappointed. The phone freezes all the time, I cannot use it for more than a minute before this happens. Constantly hitting buttons but nothing happening. Screen goes fuzzy and dark. Never will I buy a second hand phone again. Complete waste of money. I've been had.
