The digital telescope makes it a good value
The digital zoom is very useful, however it is very easy to get sand into the automatic lens cap and harm the camera. Consider a MagFilter to protect it. Teh camera has many more features than I ever use. It's small size and versatility makes it a good outdoor companion.
