So far no problems with these inserts. As with any thin foam product, the question will be how long they last.

Big improvement over V.1

I moved from the V. 1 to the V.3 . They fixed the big problem with the V.3 by re-balancing the sole, which had been over-padded in the fore-foot relative to the mid-foot and heel. Also, pronation control seem a little better. For my feet, it's now pretty close to a perfect shoe.

Best blade I have tried

I've probably tried a couple dozen blades from all over the world. (I should add that I have not tried the Feather.) Previously, the best blades I have used are the Merkur and the Polsilver Super Iridium. But the Kai is both the sharpest and smoothest blade I've experienced, while also being very long-lasting. Quite amazing. The new champion.
