Stataement on why I like the 1950's-1970's movies.
1 of 2 found this helpful Since I am a Godzilla/Japanese/sociology fan, finding the Raymond Burr edition for my collection is a important achievement and I'm very thrilled to have this movie that white-washes the struggle of
an entire culture with this socially disturbing bastardization of Japanese Culture after Pearl Habor.WWII in with my private collection. Being able to explain to my grandchildren what it meant to grow up in the golden TV age of the 1950's and M U S T include films made in Japan paired with their Hollywood thieving counterparts. Plus I am thrilled to have a few movies that dao not submit you to the 'for home use only, retro engineered or even a pirate" Interpol statement before you can see the movie.' (plus ads) In this movie collection my DVD started with the intended opening of the movie as originally produced.... I guess those days of avoiding Hollywood nonsense that pissses off the viewer are long gone, and we are forced to accept some arbitrarily rated NSF movie.
