Clear Polyseamseal better finish
This is an excellent product because i dries with a hard finish but is clear. It may not be as flexible as a silicone, but has a better paintable finish. This product was difficult to find, as there is a similar product that dries white and seems to be a little cheaper from multiple vendors. Being clear, it is easier to do patching to an original finish.

Quality to be determined, and a bit high priced for the structure strength.
The durability is in question; we will see. It does not seem to be unbreakable for children standing on it. It would be nice if there was a bit more slope for runoff, and to have a better edge for interfacing with the house to convey the water away.
