  There was an issue with the USPS not being able to tell us where the item was in the shipping process. But the seller visited the post office and continued to follow-up as to where the item was in transit. Seller continued to send me updates regarding the postal service. When the item (golf club) arrived, it was just as advertised by the seller with great pictures. I gave a 5 star on Shipping Time because the seller shipped it within a few hours of my purchase. Great customer service.
