Excellent product! Great customer service!
My husband and I were so very pleased with this purchase. It was so easy to install, especially if you are already had an existing ceiling fan and you just want to replace it. Just read and follow the instructions, otherwise have someone professional do it for you. The fan is so very quiet, We were so impressed cause ceiling fans gave us the impressions that they wiggle and at least you would hear humming. But this one is not. So quiet, you can't even tell it's operating unless you are looking at it. The only thing we don't like is that the bulbs get so hot quickly like less than a minute. One of the bulb that came with it wasn't working so my husband tried switching it to another socket to see what's wrong and touching the bulb burnt his index finger. Good we have aloe vera plant. Overall, this is really a good buy!
