dependable product ...glad to have it replaced..
I have had this particular machine for close to 20 years. Unfortunately, I never really used the fax machine part of this product. Like all machines there is a point where you try to keep it going and it gives out. Note. I learned from a person who works with computers. If you are not using the printer for a while take out the ink cartridges and a wrap them in cellophane and put in a plastic storage bag till you do. This prevent ink drying up in your machine which will damage the printing and once damaged not an easy job to clean. As was my circumstance and reason for renewing this model..
