A great 1/25 scale addition to a modeler's collection of a true icon pick-up truck of yesteryear.
The AMT 1/25 1955 Chevy Cameo pick-up truck model is a plastic gem. The inclusion of period Coca-Cola decals just made a excellent molded kit fantastic.
Let's be honest: all plastic models are replicas of a real large object, and hence are fragile - not "durable". The kit parts are intended to be glued, mated together, then placed on a display shelf. Little children should not be allowed to handle such models and handle them like the older steel Tonka trucks.
The kit parts are well designed for near perfect fit; minimal putty and sanding is required. The chrome plated parts on a separate sprue are also perfect in themselves with molded detail.
This kit doesn't just have all the parts to make a great looking '55 Cameo truck: a cast metal Coca-cola machine and a handcart are included! To make the dispensing machine even more realistic, some masking and painting will be required, but well worth it.
Finally, the finished model can be displayed with hood up, showing a rather detailed engine and accessories. the instruction sheet has added paint color recommendations for selected engine components.
This kit, while easy to build from the layout and sketches on the instruction sheet, is intended for the experienced modeler. Some masking and painting will be required to make the truck shown on the box top, i.e. with red trim and bed walls, not to mention the frame and underside parts.

Best long lasting highter made. Won't bleed through normal paper and will be visible decades after application.
There are many highlighters, in a myriad of colors, on the market, but, alas, this specific style (25005) works best for me! The color is a dark, rich yellow, in contrast to the pale yellow florescent types that flood the market: the darker yellow is more long lasting. I often write scientific papers and use my collected books and magazines - marked with this darker yellow - and I know my highlighted passages will be visible many years later. The pale yellow types will definitely fade even after a couple of years, requiring me to hold those marked pages at an awkward angle under strong light to see marked passages.
I learned the pale yellow type highlighters are cheaper to produce, so guess what's no longer made: this darker yellow style (25005). If you're a person who frequently goes back to their archive materials for reference, or just plain enjoyment, you'll greatly appreciate the darker yellow marked passages in a book or magazine.
Because the highlighter manufacturers no longer produce this darker yellow style highlighter, one has to find those who have amassed this style highlighter via web advertisement.

Unique decals to make a stunning aircraft replica.
The decal sheet detail is crisp and has a firm film. the decals are complete for all the markings for this aircraft in the German air Force at the time.
Only one small drawback: the illustrations of the painted aircraft could have had top view, for fuller appreciation of color band endings at wing trailing edge. I had other reference books to show this.
