Secret to using Blue to its potential
I love using Blue. With Fibro and arthritis pain its a great creme . Very strong if you know how to use it. This way also you will use less. Make sure you wet the area first with a hot towel or take a bath. Then dry off and apply immediatley afterwards. This will make the Blue super strong. Also cover the area after you apply it. Can also add the blue oil if your really in a lot of pain. This stuff is very healing too.

Don't rinse it off
Has a really nice fragrance and is made in Austraila from pure ingredients. However its not very potent for dry hair. Plus it costs way too much considering it wont do much. I use the one i bought on my hair after its washed as a leave on conditioner, especially on the ends of my hair. Otherwise if i use it and wash it off it really does very little. My hair is medium length and baby fine, so its not hard to moisturize.

Get rid of dead skin
Wow this stuff works like magic to take the first layer of your skin off! It’s great on your feet too. The way that you use it is to take a hot shower first and dry yourself off and then spray your body with it while you’re still in the tub area-you could use a washcloth and see all the dead skin come off. After that shower again. Magic stuff!
