All the bullets
2 of 3 found this helpful I've been using this furnace for almost 3 years now. I agree it can drip a lot. You just need to keep a pocket screw driver handy. When it starts to drip, turn the seating pin back and forth and it'll stop. I've casted several thousand bullets with this. I was worried about the element burning out due to high usage so i bought a spare. The spare element is still new in the wrapper. If you want to get into casting, this is a great furnace. It's easy to use and a very reasonable price. Only bad thing i can think of is most states are moving away from the usage of lead so you may need to get creative.

2004 ninja 636
0 of 1 found this helpful i have owned my 636 from mile 12 and in the first year put over 10k miles on it. the only problem i have come across is that it has started to burn oil probably due to riding like the police are hot on my ass. this bike performs like or sometimes btter then a lot of 750s and has the insurance of a 600. being that i'm 6'2" a lot of rockets are uncomfortable due to how much you're cranked over the handle bars but this bike i can ride all day long and not be sore when i get home. as far as performance goes, the 636 will pull wheelies off of just hitting the throttle hard in first and will clutch up easily in 2nd. the brakes are even good enough out of the box to lift the back tire off the ground with a passenger. 636 has definitly made me a kawasaki customer for life.

BCG maintenance
1 of 1 found this helpful Most of the time the cotter pin style of firing pin retaining is fine. Until the day things just don't line up. This style of pin has never failed me and these seem like a quality retainer. They make putting the BCG back together after a thorough cleaning a breeze. Will probably buy a couple more sets to upgrade the rest of my rifles.
