Hard to find lower calorie flavor at your door
The Kind Healthy Grains Bars are my favorite, especially the Popped flavors. These are hard to find in supermarkets so I tried the internet. It was so easy! The Popped flavors there are only 2 Salted Carmel and Dark Choc. are lower in calories and taste great. I found these are a lot less expensive when ordered on line and they come to your doorstep. Thanks!

The only self help book you'll ever need
This is my most favorite book for help with everyday challenges. I give it as gifts and everyone can't thank me enough! small enough to keep in my purse or bedside. Open to any page ,it just seems to be the thing I need to hear at any given moment.
