Not exactly as ordered!

First problem was the phone was not picture message compatable. Can not reveive & open picture messages. I am a contractor and have used this feature at times. Second major problem was the keyboard does not light up at all! They should! This makes it very hard to use in dim lighting etc. I would have returned the phone but already had it activated ($$$$ charge) and disposed of old phone prior to finding the problem. Needed the phone, it is my bussiness lifeline! I paid for a NEW unit and I'm pretty sure it is a semi-remanufactured. Which cost less.
