Tight Fit

After receiving the unit, we have not been able to get it installed. I am having to trim the tile away because the unit is a very tight fit. The supplier was very upfront about measurements before selling the item, but it is still very tight and requires some additional work before completion.

Weak Suction

System is light weight and looks to be user friendly, but I have not found a surface the suction cup will stay connected to.
