I could not believe what I saw, so I ordered a second...
The first device that I received didn't function. Upon close examination, it appeared to be mechanically manufactured but appeared to be "worked on/repaired". I figured that maybe I received it by mistake. So, I ordered another with a note about the condition of the first order. Vendor did respond, only with a request for the device to be returned. It would cost a great deal more to return the item than it was originally, The second item was in the same condition.
