Don't buy this one, get the HR-hopefully it's more accurate with heart rate
This is my third Fitbit. Had a Charge and a Charge HR. The HR is the best for accurate information. With it, I made 10,000 steps it recorded my bike rides correctly for time and calories, but this Alta is off every day. I rode for 57 minutes yesterday and it recorded 31. Also shows me sleeping only 5+ hours nightly, but actually it's 7-8 hours.
Love the look. Better construction; my others fell apart. Like the interchangeable bands, but BAD for fitness recordings.

Inferior product
I was excited by the price which was too good to be true, so I should have expected poor quality. The covers are thin and tear easily. I went through several the first few days.
