Preventative Rx
Ive used this for awhile & noticed that if I take this supplement consistently (everyday), I notice that my back pain decreases, enough to notice. Sometimes, I do have to take with advil if my pain gets real bad, but I’ve noticed I dont take it as often.

Want More
I enjoy this book. I use it a lot when I eat out, it has many locations where I frequent, however this book is somewhat a teaser. I had hoped that all the restaurants, fast food eateries or food products listed would have the full menus reviewed for calories, fat grams, etc. This book only reflects a few meals or food products that one should pick (healthier) vs meals or products one should not pick (which is an eye opener).
Overall, I recommend buying this book for those trying to make a lifestyle change or need help in ordering healthier meals while eating out.

Scent is evident when you put it on and then eventually evaporates. Lotion moisturizes just right
