Pretty sweet.
I have this lock and the Nest x yale lock. I like the construction of the nest lock a little better, the ring on the August lock feels like it should be made of better material, but overall the rest of the lock is solid, it keeps your keyhole open for an actual key, and you can add on the keypad for outside the door if you don't want to add user to the app. Plus I like that it works with google.
