Performs as expected. Replaces our first one that we used almost daily for 5 years. It developed a squeal so we gifted it to someone who did not care
Performs on all surfaces and handles easily - if searching for a fault the only one is that the electric cord does not retract automatically. If it did we would rate it 5 Star!!!

JOOP DRAWS COMMENTS ABOUT ITS DESIRABLE SCENT. IT IS A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. IT GIVES OFF A FAVORABLE LONG LASTING SCENT. FROM BEFORE 8:00am IN THE MORNING TO 5:00PM I HAVE HAD FAVORABLE COMMENT!

BEST PAIN RELIEF I HAVE FOUND
WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF APPLICAIONS TO MY NECK THE PAIN SUBSIDED!
