  Received second pump from company after UPS lost the first pump- was in good condition and did arrive in working condition, box was a little beat up from UPS- shipper treated these items very badly but the product was just as specified and worked as designed. Appreciate Company efforts to send second pump to me, hate to leave bad feedback for Central Ohio Heaters, the shipping company really messed things up for this purchase.
