    Very disappointed as one item was in poor condition upon arrival...opened case with ebay to return items..wrapped as seller did but 2 items were broken...seller blamed me for poor shipping, but I shipped as she did....refund was issued by EBAY...seller still tries to blame me for poor shipping, when she's the one who sent them to me wrapped in some flimsy wrap in a too small box with not much protection!

    The item he said was in poor condition has a couple small places where paint was missing. He returned and did NOT pack as I did, he had no packing in the bottom of the box at all so 2 items got broken[one was the one he complained about].The box was plenty big for these small mini items.He got his refund even though pieces were broken.Don't deserve the neutral.

Not greasy
I have been using Bio Freeze for years. it helps my pain, not 100% but it is a good product. Remember when pump won't pump out anymore there is still a lot left in the bottom. Just shake out a little at a time to use. It needs a longer pump or a curved one.
