OEM parts should be the best,

great replacement
My only complaint is that they don't seem to have a double lock version. By using parts from another lock I was able to construct double lock version (inside and out). With some small modification to the door this lock worked very well as a replacement for the original lock of a different design.

well built
My only complaint is the 1/8" connection. Finding the right combination of fittings to use it is a little troublesome. There were no instructions in the box on the vent cap other than that it seems well made
