Not a great review right now

Hello, I charged the battery up but it froze charging at 95% for 24hrs then it fully charged to 100%. I unplugged it to check how long the charge held and plugged it back in at 10%. It will not recharge. I would like you to replace it immediately please, and I will absolutely send this one back to you for testing.
