  Item arrived on time. Reached out with question about shipping. Item arrived in mangled box made out of cardboard scraps and pounds of tape. Literally fell apart when fed ex guy unloaded it. Covered in scratches and more damage than pictured in listing. 65$ in shipping. Feeling robbed

  A full refund was issued to this buyer because of factors out our control we wanted to make the situation right so the order was refunded to the buyer in full. We do not want a require a return on the item either.

  It was only half of the wall mount, I realized after I received it. Luckily for me it was cheap and the other half was still for sale on the sellers page so I was able to purchase the other half to complete the wall mount, after buying a bolt to hold them together at the local hardware store
