Works as new

Second one I have replaced because of laptop design not the part. It's a little pricey for the type of part, but its cheaper than a Dell warranty repair. Also Dell won't cover this part in their standard warranty.

Any time you have custom engraving it's expensive, but this was reasonable for the time frame it was delivered. Personalize Yeti cup is a great gift. My only complaint was that the cup was scuffed a little bit for being new. The engraving was spot on.
