Amazing game!
1 of 1 found this helpful Good for all ages. Poses an incredible challenge at the higher difficulties and when challenging the staff ghosts, but accessible to video game novices as well. The music is outstanding, and the graphics are the best of any kart racer on the the console. The unlockable character Ludwig is probably the most difficult character to play, but is incredibly rewarding once mastered. Endless replay value.
Only drawback is the battle mode is rather weak. The voices can also grate after awhile. Luckily, you can turn them off in the options menu.

Best synth value for money right now
An incredible amount of synth for the money. A bit of a jack of all trades, the onboard samples sound amazing and it has an incredibly versatile range of sounds it can make.
Keep in mind this is an extremely menu-heavy synth with only 5 assignable knobs (including the powerful Super Knob) and 4 faders at one time, so real-time performance controls can be a little on the light side. The MODX8's Yamaha GHS keybed is just OK, so keep that in mind if you're a pianist. It's not bad, but you might find it a little lacking if you want to play classical piano on this thing.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with this synth. It will sound good as soon as you turn it on and select any of the thousands of presets, but it also features incredibly deep FM synthesis and a powerful rompler with signature Yamaha sparkle.
