Good card!
Great WiFi adapter used to replace the OEM RealTek in my new Asus F512DA (AMD Ryzen based) the card is great those microscopic antenna connectors need a good eye and a steady hand to get to seat right!
It turns out it was my router not the OEM card limiting my speed! but this is a better and more reliable card anyway and leaves room for more speed if I do get a new router.

Excellent device and great value for a USB hub and card reader
The Broway card reader is compatible with Windows 10.
The card reader portion is USB 2.0 and is decently fast. Be warned the Compact Flash slot is upside-down (EX: the front label faces down) be careful inserting the Compact Flash as the pins are fragile and can get bent easy.
The USB 3.0 hub works as advertised and was recognized by Windows as a VIA device.
If your motherboard has an extra USB 3.0 header you can use that as that PCI-E card is just a simple adapter with a PCI-E 1x on one end and a standard 20-pin USB 3.0 male header. The cable going to the PCI-E card has a standard 20-pin female motherboard header.

Good Product with two flaws
I am using this with an extra Group U1 (Power Wheel Chair) battery I got for free from a friend as one was expired and he bought two new ones. Anyway I am making a portable power source (mostly for lights and a small DC fan for when the power goes out)
This is exactly what I needed a ready made 12V socket with a 10A fuse already inline.
If anybody is wondering the red and black wires are 18 AWG (Which this piece of important information is not found in any of of the listings for these adapters)
OK two flaws I found are the adapter is open on the sides and therefore a piece of metal or other debris can get in there and possibly cause a short. The second is the terminals are too close together and an uninsulated connector can cause a short with the other terminal also it makes it hard to get both of them connected tightly
