  Everything with the vendor was great. To be honest, though, it was poorly packaged. The door glass came out, the clock face was hanging off, one wood screw was stripped the other missing. I located a couple of screws and reattached the face. I managed to reglue the glass in place and fashioned little glue blocks out of match sticks. The vendor is terrific and I see myself doing business with them again. Their packaging and shipping is destructive at best. I wouldn't buy anything that is fragile.

  Hello Brian - I'm sorry you are so upset but I feel the fault lies with rough handling from the carrier during the holiday rush. The item was packaged properly and I will stand by my 100% positive feedback since 2002, especially when it comes to packaging - just read all the comments left for me by buyers concerning that subject. Despite damaging my 23 year perfect feedback I hope you will enjoy the clock.
