This kit does the job.
This kit is a good value for the money. One thing I recommend. For systems 500-1000rms buy the 4 gauge kit or next size up because stripping the wire is difficult to do without losing strands of wire resulting in Insufficient power for your subwoofers. I wired two Rockford p2 10inch 250 rms subs to my 500 rms amp with this 8 gauge kit and it powers them just fine. I have a kicker subwoofer wiring kit that is greater quality but for the money this is a exceptional kit. Just be careful when stripping the wires I recommend using a lighter and burning off the tip if the insulation and pulling it off with your fingers so you don’t accidentally cut or rip strands of your power wire! Also beware the “16 gauge” speaker wire they claim to put in these 8 gauge kits are not 16 they are 18 I’m going to have to buy thicker wire to power my amp that is the reason for 4/5 stars otherwise a good kit

Great subs for any application
I put two of these in my 2005 ram 1500 paired with a jbl gtx 500rms mono amp and they sound great once you tune them! They pop a little excessive at first but with the right setting you can get these to sound just how you want. These hit the low notes on hip hop sounds very well there isn’t much difference between these 10s and my single Rockford p3 12 inch I have. I can say these respond and hit every single bass tone faster and clearer than my p3 12inch just don’t go quite as deep but are still very exceptional and enjoyable to listen to.
