Excellent makiwara
I used this straw for my makiwara. Though I used a leather I changed it to this straw for a while and I am happy with that bought.

Great sport watch
I am very happy with this product. Gps works well. I have used the run and gym mode. In the gym it only shows the time of training. I connect it with strava and I have all my activities organized online. I also like that it doesn't have the optical sensor making it healthier. I would definately suggest it to those who want to track their running, have a nice watch to see time, step counter etc.

Great watch for sport activities, especially running. It is very good looking for people who have big forearms.
