Nice

I didn't know if I'd like this since I'm used to the kind that has the beanbag filled bottom that is one solid piece, but I really do. It's the perfect size for my laptop which is the 15" Lenovo. If you have a 17" computer it may overlap the sides a bit. The bottom is covered in really soft material which is very comfortable on my lap. The color is really bright and pretty. I can't speak to long-term durability, but so far it is holding up well. I would definitely recommend.

good album

I'm a huge Sweet fan, but I prefer their "harder" stuff to the pop. That being said, I like the Sweet FA and Give Us a Wink albums best. In my opinion this is better than Cut Above the Rest, but not as good as Off the Record. My favorite cuts on here are Fountain, Oxygen, Dream On, and California Nights. Strong Love and Silverbird are pretty good, and Lettres D'Amour is OK. The other 2 are fillers I think, and hardly worth mentioning. If you want a complete Sweet catalog, this works. If you like their harder stuff or glam phase mostly, then you may not be crazy about this record. I personally wanted to get as much of their stuff as possible in case it becomes harder to come by later. These less popular albums may become scarce in the future.

Great album!

This album has some really great songs on it. Honestly I got it because I wanted Medussa and Breakdown, as I didn't have them from a previous album, and I had all the rest of the other songs already. It's different from the American version as far as tracks (I think this CD is the German release). One thing I hadn't heard was the "rockier" version of Fox, which doesn't have all the keyboard and sound effects added like the radio version we all know. My personal favorites are Solid Gold Brass, Turn it Down, and Lady Starlight, which isn't the version I think is best since I like the one that has the end where they sing "looking for starliiiiiiiiiiight." The only song I don't like is I Wanna Be Committed, but that's just me. There are several bonus tracks and demos which are interesting. I also love Man With the Golden Arm, but am so used to watching the live at Musik Laden version, that this version seems very different in some ways. I'm a Mick girl, so it's always great to hear him showing his phenomenal skills! All in all, it's a great album and I would definitely recommend it!
